Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in melted dark chocolate, then add the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture at low speed until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips using a spatula.
  6. Chill dough for at least three hours or up to two days.
