  • 4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, shredded or sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fillings: In one bowl, mix hearts of palm with mayo and Old Bay seasoning. In another bowl, combine hearts of palm with mayo, sriracha, Old Bay, and sesame oil.
