- 3 tablespoons cornflour

- Gradually add flour until dough forms; knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- For the filling, whisk coconut cream, sugar, cornflour, lemon juice, zest on medium heat until thickened.
- Roll out dough, spread lemon curd on top, roll it up tightly, slice into pieces, and place on a lined baking tray.
