- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C) and prepare a greased 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in flour until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan and layer Oreo cookies on top.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together, then stir in sugar and eggs one at a time. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
