  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 28 Oreo cookies
  • 6 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C) and prepare a greased 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in flour until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan and layer Oreo cookies on top.
  4. Melt butter and dark chocolate together, then stir in sugar and eggs one at a time. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Pour the brownie batter over the Oreos and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
