  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 6 oz. strawberry jello
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press into a baking dish.
  2. For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix with yogurt, blueberries, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla before folding in whipped cream.
  3. Pour the blue mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set.
  4. For the red layer, dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, add iced water once dissolved, then arrange strawberries on top of the blue layer and pour over the jello mixture. Chill again until fully set.
  5. Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
