  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Optional: chili crisp or flakes
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet or wok; sear the steak for about 2 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables for 4–5 minutes until tender-crunchy.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2–3 minutes.
