- Allow the dough to bulk ferment for 3-4 hours until nearly doubled.
- Shape the dough into a tight ball and let it proof in a floured basket for 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 460°F (238°C) with the Dutch oven inside.
- Score the dough and bake covered for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a rack before slicing.
