- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1 Tbsp butter (plus extra to grease the pan)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 2½-quart casserole dish.
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt and Old Bay Seasoning, then cook the shrimp for about 30 seconds until opaque. Drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish.
- Melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs; sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 13-15 minutes or until the center reaches 145°F; broil briefly for a crispy topping.
- Allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
