  • 2 large eggs (room temp)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal

  • 12 tbsp diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) cream-style corn
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  2. In one bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, baking soda, jalapenos, and onion. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, canola oil, and cream-style corn.
