- 10–12 drops red food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and white vinegar; mix until smooth.

- Fold in half of the white chocolate chips before pouring batter into the prepared pan and smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle remaining white chocolate chips on top and bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
