  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1012 drops red food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and white vinegar; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in flour and red food coloring until just combined.
  5. Fold in half of the white chocolate chips before pouring batter into the prepared pan and smoothing the top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining white chocolate chips on top and bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow cooling for at least 1 hour before slicing into squares.
