  • 1½ cups dry white wine
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add white wine and lime juice; scrape up any browned bits from the pan and simmer until reduced by half (6–8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Lower heat and add butter until melted.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet along with any juices; add parsley and Parmesan cheese. Warm through (1–2 minutes).
