Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar (or granulated erythritol)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
