- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar (or granulated erythritol)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in melted coconut oil (or butter), eggs, sugar (or erythritol), and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Cool in the pan before cutting into squares; refrigerate overnight for best texture.
