  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
