  • 1618 small flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for dipping
  • 1 tbsp cilantro for dipping
  • 1/2 lime for dipping
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices, then bake for 20-25 minutes. Shred the cooked chicken.
  2. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (218°C). In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, spices, chicken, green onions, cilantro, and cheeses until well combined.
  3. Fill tortillas with the mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter for extra crispiness if desired.
