  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
  • Walnuts and raisins for toppings

Instructions
