  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add chopped onion and garlic until softened. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the skillet; toss to coat well.
