- 16 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Divide evenly into muffin cups and press down to form crusts.
- Bake the crusts for 5 minutes; then reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into crusts and bake for 18–23 minutes until centers jiggle slightly.
- Cool in the pan for an hour before refrigerating for at least two hours.
