  • 1/2 lb bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb mild pork sausage
  • 2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
  • Sliced pepperoni (amount as desired)
  • 3 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and onion until browned; add garlic and oregano.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the ingredients: start with pasta, then sauce, cheeses, sausage mixture; repeat layers finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
