- 4 cups chicken broth

- 8 ounces bowtie pasta (uncooked)
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about ½ cup)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved, shredded, or grated
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic; sauté until beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
