  • to 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup warm dairy-free milk
  • ½ cup vegan butter
  • Instant dry yeast
  • Ground cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Sugar (granulated or coconut)

Instructions

  1. Make the jam by combining raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened, then cool.
  2. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, warm milk, butter, sugar, yeast, spices, and salt until smooth. Knead for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Roll out the dough and spread cooled jam evenly before rolling into a log and twisting.
  5. Place in a lined loaf tin and let rise again before baking at 340°F (170°C) for 30-40 minutes.
