  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • ½ cup Irish stout (Guinness)
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.
