  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and optional red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage slices; cook until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add seasoned shrimp; cook until pink (2-3 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  4. Add broccoli to the skillet with a splash of water; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
