  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Beef broth or water

Instructions
