Instructions

  2. Drain excess fat and add potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables; continue simmering for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
