  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sea bass with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the marinated sea bass until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
