- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and drained tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
