  • ¼ Korean pear
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ inch ginger
  • Optional: 1 tbsp gochujang for spice
