Description

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips OR semi-sweet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Easter pastel m&m's
  • Easter sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine quick oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans; mix until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture; press the remainder firmly into the bottom of the baking pan to create an even crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle reserved crumble over the fudge filling and top with M&M's and optional sprinkles.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away from the pan. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
