  • ½ cup honey
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (to thicken)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker.
  2. In the slow cooker, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, ginger, garlic powder, and sesame oil.
