- ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick.
