  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. Butter the inside of each brioche bun and toast them in a pan until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by placing each patty on the bottom half of the toasted bun and adding optional toppings like lettuce and tomato before finishing with the top bun.
