  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Asiago cheese
  • Olive oil and seasonings

Instructions

  1. Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, and paprika.
  2. Sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil in a large skillet until browned; set aside the tomatoes.
  3. Cook seasoned chicken in the same skillet until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
