  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
  • 1 ¼ pounds sirloin steak, cubed
  • ¼ cup ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
