  • 23 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cooked chicken, onion soup mix, both soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.

  5. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
