Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz each) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cotton candy, torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Additional cotton candy for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar, sour cream, and flour until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and cotton candy.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over cooled cheesecake and garnish with cotton candy just before serving.
