- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla; blend until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough onto waxed paper; press seams together and fit into the pan over the cinnamon layer.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
- Place the second roll of dough on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
