- 2–3 tbsp chopped jalapeño pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup smoky chipotle aioli
- 1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
- Fresh cilantro, paprika, salt to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, smoky chipotle aioli, Sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Blend until smooth; adjust heat as desired.
- Clean, peel, and cube the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces.
