  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (optional)
  • Asian dressing (homemade)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Crispy wonton strips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half of the Asian dressing. Toss well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Add the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss everything together until mixed.
  3. Pour the remaining dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently.
  4. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and wonton strips before serving.
