  • 7-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
  • 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garam masala, lemon juice, black pepper, and ginger. Add chicken chunks and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
