- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12–14 crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, diced chicken, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, thawed mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
- Lightly grease a 7×11-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers and additional shredded cheddar cheese for the topping; sprinkle over the casserole.
