- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
- ⅔ cup basil pesto (divided)
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Slice the slider rolls horizontally while keeping the tops connected.
- Place the bottom halves in the prepared pan.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl; set aside.
- Spread half of the pesto on the bottom rolls; layer with chicken and mozzarella.
- Spread remaining pesto on top halves of rolls; place on assembled sliders.
- Brush tops generously with garlic butter mixture; season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
