  • 2 pounds chuck steak, cubed

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
