- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well blended.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place ⅓ cup of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
