- ½ cup cookie butter spread (Biscoff)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder

- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- Crumble Biscoff cookies for topping
