- 4 slices bacon, chopped and cooked until crisp
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅜ cup barbecue sauce (divided)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional garnishes: green onions, lettuce, tomato
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease and mix in ⅛ cup of barbecue sauce.
