Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets (skin removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon cubes for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. For extra crispiness, transfer the cooked salmon to a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for an additional 10-12 minutes.
  4. Alternatively, air fry at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the bang bang sauce until smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked salmon with the sauce before serving.
