  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
