  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups prepared white rice
  • Fresh vegetables: red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, avocado
  • Fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken cubes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Assemble each bowl by placing warm rice at the bottom. Top with sautéed chicken coated in Bang Bang sauce, followed by layers of red cabbage, carrots, cucumber slices, and avocado.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
