- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs (whisked)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the whisked egg, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat in panko breadcrumbs by shaking them in a Ziploc bag, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by combining remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, thicken with cornstarch mixture, then remove from heat.
- Drizzle sauce over baked cauliflower before serving.
