- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Cooked bacon (crumbled)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Wash and dry potatoes; brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Poke holes in each.
