Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of thick-cut bread
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, avocado, bacon, salsa

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the slices of bread inside.
  2. Using the bottom of a glass, press an indent into the center of each slice.
  3. Crack an egg into each indent and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Air fry at 340°F (170°C) for about 8 minutes.
  5. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over each egg during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Carefully remove with a spatula and serve immediately.
